Product Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst with real product analytics experience (Amplitude, A/B testing, BI tools, SQL) and strong communication skills. This role is focused specifically on product analytics, so we are seeking candidates with a product background rather than marketing, finance, or pure engineering analytics. Experience working in a product company is preferred, and gamedev experience will be a plus.

 📍 What to Do

• Work across multiple product teams (VIP, CRM, antifraud, finance and others), not tied to a single team

• Build dashboards, calculate experiment results, write feature research, manage event tracking, and handle ad hoc requests

• This role does not involve marketing analytics or data engineering tasks

• Maintain a strong product mindset: not just analyzing numbers but proposing hypotheses and improving the product

• Create insightful reports, dashboards, and automated solutions

• Support the product team with data-driven insights

• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests

• Solve data-related issues using strong problem-solving skills

• Collaborate with teams to shape the product vision through data insights

 🦸 Your Superpowers

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst (Middle+ level, ideally closer to Senior)

• Experience with product analytics, improving conversion and retention, A/B testing, and product experiments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience using Amplitude (in some cases Mixpanel) as a primary analytics tool

• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with DWH systems (Redshift, BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake or similar), including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization

• Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Apache Superset or similar

• Willingness to work with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and integrate AI into analytics workflows

🤘 Bonus Points

• Experience with dbt (optional, can be learned)

• Experience with modern data stack and infrastructure as code

• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Lightdash

• Python skills for data manipulation and analysis

• Experience with Airflow DAGs

• Understanding of dbt and data modeling concepts
