Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
We're looking for a Product Manager to help us build a remote learning platform for children and
educators from the ground up. The core of the platform will focus on flexibility, convenience,
intuitive UX, and powerful gamification mechanics to make learning both engaging and effective.
📌 What You’ll Be Doing:
● Develop an EdTech platform for children and educators from concept to full launch.
● Design the educational journey with a strong emphasis on gamification and
near-gamified elements.
● Collect, analyze, and interpret feedback from both key audiences—children and
teachers.
● Conduct external research, study the market, competitors, and user behavior.
● Build prototypes and test hypotheses (including A/B testing).
● Independently create and maintain up-to-date product documentation.
● Collaborate with the UX/UI team to design an engaging and user-friendly interface.
● Define and track product metrics, generate data-driven hypotheses.
● Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
● At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in EdTech, gamified products,
digital learning solutions, or related fields.
● Hands-on experience applying UX principles, including prototyping and A/B testing.
● Strong research skills and the ability to process and act on user feedback.
● Ability to define and explain product metrics, especially within EdTech or digital
education.
● Full product lifecycle experience: from idea to launch and scaling.
● Familiarity with comparative and competitive analysis methods.
● A background in education or experience working in an educational environment is a
significant plus.

● Knowledge of behavioral psychology and game design principles.
● Experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
