Product Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Product Manager who will support our partner studios to achieve the best gameplay experience and to optimize the game’s revenue.

Sunday is a young and successful startup that develops, publishes and markets hyper-casual mobile games. Our international team of around 20 developers, artists, game designers, marketers and publishing managers reaches an audience of millions of players every day. Our goal is to become one of the leading mobile game companies worldwide within the next years.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• You will work together with our partner studios and the publishing team to improve the core KPIs of our published hit games

• You will create and maintain the roadmaps of our games and ideate new features, monetization mechanics and gameplay variations to further increase the LTV

• You will brainstorm together with partner studios and present them the best actions to take to improve the game based on data

• You will form hypotheses on how to improve engagement, retention and monetization and validate them through A/B tests

• You will validate and improve game design decisions based on data

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in game design or product management, preferably in the hyper-casual space

• You are highly analytical and find simple, creative solutions to complex problems 

• You have a technical background and a deep passion for tech products

• You are constantly striving for more efficiency and creating structure comes naturally to you

• You are very passionate about your work. If there is a problem, you are eager to take responsibility and solve it hands-on
