We are looking for a Project Manager to establish and optimize project management processes and ensure the team's efficiency

• Develop and implement project management processes;

• Oversee tasks, deadlines, risks, and release schedules, while setting priorities;

• Manage a team of 40 people, ensuring effective communication between team members, departments, and their leads;

• Create supporting documentation, instructions, and guidelines;

• Track development progress, analyze metrics, and quickly respond to changes.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in game development;

• Experience in setting up project processes from scratch;

• Proven experience managing teams of 30+ people;

• Strong proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Notion, etc.);

• Understanding of game development specifics and technical aspects;

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies;

• Well-developed soft skills: negotiation, conflict resolution, and team motivation.
