Art Project Manager

deep3dstudio - Ukrainian 3d scanning studio, focused on creating digital avatars and 3d characters. We have our own 3d scanner and create a product for VFX, game industry, 3d content for advertising, art projects.

We are opening a Project Manager position.

Working hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

Full-time employment/ remote or mixed in Kyiv.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Major tasks and responsibility zones:

• project management of a team of 6-8 3d artists and a team of freelancers;

• simultaneous management of the full cycle of several projects with a short implementation period;

• control and compliance with the quality and deadlines of work;

• project communication with clients;

• check and delivery of projects to clients.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Our specialist should have such skills:

• Project Management experience of 2 + years in 3D art outsource/gamedev companies;

• English level -  Upper+;

• fluency in basic project management methods;

• the ability to build effective and confident communication with the client and with the team;

• confident PC user;

• attentiveness, accuracy and clarity in project management, intermediate QAs;

• control of hitting the deadlines and the performance quality of the team;

• readiness to communicate with clients from other time zones;

• strong analytical skills and capability to generate effective solutions, particularly in stressful situations;

• an active life position, a healthy attitude to responsibilities.
