Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and engage candidates through social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, local job boards, forums, communities, etc.)

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles in the iGaming industry (affiliate managers, retention/CRM, marketing, VIP managers, support, etc.)

  • Use your deep market understanding to tailor sourcing strategies for one of the specific markets: Vietnam/Turkey/ Philippines.

  • Identify where local candidates “live” online and creatively tap into those channels.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on talent availability.

  • Manage outreach campaigns and initial candidate screening.

  • Track metrics, optimize outreach effectiveness, and adapt sourcing strategies as markets evolve.

  • Stay current on local employment trends, salary benchmarks, and cultural sensitivities.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in fast-paced industries (tech, iGaming, digital marketing, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the target markets — Tier1/2/3 (bonus if you know all three)

  • Creative sourcing skills and ability to dig deep beyond LinkedIn (Telegram groups, Discord, local job platforms, Facebook groups, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Turkish, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is a plus)

  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and curiosity about people

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once

Nice to Have:

  • Background in recruiting for iGaming or affiliate marketing roles

  • Experience using ATS and sourcing tools ( Zoho Recruitment Preferrable.)

  • Previous work in remote or multicultural environments
