Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will support a full recruitment cycle, from attraction to onboarding. Work closely with the hiring team and manage candidate experience during the complete recruitment process. Your ability to recruit top talent will have a direct impact on the quality of our product. 

What you will do:

• Provide full-cycle recruitment of specific roles for Plure;

• Establish and maintain a stable candidate pipeline and support recruitment process for the company;

• Work on vacancies texts and job postings;

• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews with candidates to assess soft skills;

• Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents;

• Ensure positive candidate experience;

• Work closely with hiring managers;

• Participate in specific job fairs/recruitment events to promote the Employer Brand.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• You have prior experience in recruitment, preferably IT / games industry is a big plus;

• You have excellent sourcing and engagement skills;

• You used to work with MS Office and Internet tools/browsers;

• You have an upper-intermediate level of both written and spoken English;

• You have a team-oriented approach to your work;

• You are passionate about the video games industry! 😊

We will treat it as a bonus if:

• You have experience with an ATS;

• You have international recruiting exp.
