Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Frogwares Team is currently looking for a Senior 3D Animator for its upcoming game. This role requires strong artistic and tech skills. As well as a clear understanding of the elements and movement needed to make each level authentic and engaging. You will create high-quality 3D animations for the game, including biped, monsters, and animal characters. Also, the creation of animations for the environment.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• A minimum of 4 years experience in game development, animating characters using Motion Builder or equivalent 3D programs.

• Excellent skill in animating the human bipedal figure as well as other organic forms.

• Strong knowledge of traditional animation principles and how they can be used to enhance gameplay.

• Able to work creatively as part of a large or small group.

• Able to effectively collaborate with game designers and programmers.

• Act as a mentor for more junior artists.

• Pay particular attention to detail because the movements of characters are key elements in the gaming experience of a player.

• Knowledge of the human anatomy, physiological reactions, body language, and proportions in character concepts to express character emotions through movement.

An advantage will be considered

•  Skill in one or more related disciplines –  modeling, rigging, or technical art.

•  Work experience with Unreal Engine 4/5

•  Creating and supporting animation trees in the engine.

•  Knowledge of English.

•  Having an art education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and craft animations for our project needs

• Assist designers and engineers with gameplay prototypes

• Serve as an active participant in team art discussions, critiques, and reviews

• Take part in mocap recording as an animation adviser
