Senior Business Analyst

Kevuru Games is a leading European art production and game development studio engaged in creating transformative entertainment projects for clients from all over the world.

We are looking for a Senior BA.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Ensure excellent quality, innovation, data-driven decision making with focus on high customer satisfaction and great customer experience;

— Maintain and improve requirement management and/or software development processes through the whole project life cycle;

— Provide mentoring within the team and actively participate in internal knowledge sharing forums, conduct trainings;

— Establish and manage business analysis activities;

— Identify, manage stakeholders, еlicit business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques;

— Evaluate proactively and critically the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs;

— Collect and analyze functional and non-functional software requirements and turn them into high quality specifications;

— Create Epics/Use Cases/User Stories based on selected formats;

— Create and maintain artifact templates, detailed product artifacts, technical specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and processes;

— Demonstrate full ownership of features and requirements during the whole lifecycle;

— Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, technical), manage expectations and communicate clearly;

— Actively participate in internal knowledge sharing forums and conduct trainings.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

— At least 3 years of relevant BA experience;

— Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban);

— Understanding and ability to propose applicable software development processes and influence/enhance it;

— Ability to plan Business Analysis Approach on the project and facilitate related communication;

— Ability to create or adapt a set of templates to be used in the project;

— Experienced in managing the scope of requirements within the project (communicate to stakeholders potential scope creep and manage related risks);

— Experience in creating different types of requirements;

— Experience in usage requirements management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence);

— Ability to identify inconsistencies in requirements;

— Experience in arranging and facilitating meetings and workshops with the stakeholders;

— Ability to quickly acquire new project and domain specific information using different sources;

— Experience in using of visual modeling notations (UML, BPMN);

— Ability to create wireframes and diagrams;

— Ability to support solution testing/UAT;

— Knowledge of UX/UI general concepts and the ability to take part in designing activities;

— Strong analytical, learning, creative and visual thinking skills;

— Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills;

— Ability to take full responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project from BA perspective;

— Experience in communication with various stakeholders in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team).
