Senior Data Analyst

Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and publishers but also a team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. The games we publish are developed by internal teams and external studios as well as from the publishing program. We work remotely, having an office in Bydgoszcz.

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and highly numerate individual who has a solid technical base but also possesses an appreciation for numbers and understands the value that can be derived from interrogating them. This role will be a Senior Game Analyst joining the Respawn Team. You will help to design, develop, and optimize our F2P games to improve user experience and revenue and drive data-informed decision-making across Vivid Games.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Collecting and deep-dive analyzing user data from large databases related to monetization, in-game economy, users behavior, sales, etc.,

• Communicating insights and proposing solutions, and recommendations that help guide game development, game marketing, and key business decisions,

• Presenting analysis conclusions to business stakeholders and development team in a clear and understandable way,

• Designing A/B tests and preparing analysis for product development,

• Working closely with development teams and marketing to provide insights into game quality, difficulty, and fun,

• Creating periodic presentations describing brands’ conditions

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3-5 years of previous experience in a data analyst role for the mobile game industry,

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Physics, or other related fields (nice to have),

• Good SQL skills,

• Experience with data visualization software,

• Knowledge of Big Query (nice to have),

• Ability to look at large complex data sets and formulate meaningful conclusions,

• Good communication skills in oral and written English (at least B2),

• Analytical thinking skills and ability to interpret business data,

• Passion for gaming,

• Willingness to constantly develop own skills
