Senior Game Designer

Values Value, a leading recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for a skilled Senior Game Designer for our client, the pioneering company that is starting to develop idle casual games.

Wielkość i struktura zespołu?

3 developers, 4 artists, 1 Producer, 1 QA, 1 GD, 1 economy GD, 1 UI/UX artist

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Being a part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to ensure the best results,

• Create and maintain GDD

• Measure the game’s results and use game data, industry data, to improve KPI’s

• Analyze competitors and market trends that can have an impact on our game’s success and be flexible to react to changes

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience with creation GDD (core/meta gameplays, monetization system) from scratch and scaling it to a big project

• LiveOps, A/B testing, TLE’s experience

• Game Balance knowledge

• Data driven approach in decision/hypothesis making

• UI/UX, mockups knowledge

• Ability to create agreements across different teams and stakeholders with good communication skills

• Reliable scheduling/time management skills

• Ability to work remotely

• Passion player, curious to find out what players like, how to improve their experience

• English written is a must

Desirable requirements:

• Min 2+ years of Experience working on a Casual or Idle/Tycoon

• Resource Management genre as a Senior Game Designer.
