Our client, Tactile Games is looking for an experienced game designer to drive the strategy and operations of their games. In this role, you will be working closely with their Lily’s Garden team on contributing to developing product roadmap. You will be pairing up with their designers, programmers and their data science team on the economy and game modes. Together you will work on taking their games to the next level.

This position reports directly to their Head of Product and is based in the Copenhagen office.

Driving design innovations and finding new ways to engage their players.
Collaborating with their Data Science team to set target goals, regularly evaluate impact, and action on improvements.
Participating in planning future feature development and operating seasonal events.
Sharing responsibility for the game’s overall design vision and ensuring that the whole development team shares and agrees on the vision.
Supporting and encouraging sound decision-making and productive design discussions.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Extensive understanding, skills and experience with game design and design.
You love making data-driven decisions.
You have a proven track record of designing gameplay innovations.
Understanding of gameplay design, live events, and content design.
Experience with Match3 games

Great if you also have

Free-to-play mobile experience.
Understanding of F2P Key Performance Indicators.
Experience with A/B testing Experience of analytics tools such as Periscope or Tableau.
