Senior UA Manager

Helio Games is a mobile game developer founded in 2017 and based in sunny Cyprus. We create succesful products like Westland Survival, Mutiny and brand-new Amikin Village. Our mission is to build engaging midcore survival games enjoyed by millions worldwide.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and implement user acquisition strategies

• Build performance-driven strategies based on KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, etc.

• Plan media buying across platforms including TikTok, Vungle, Chartboost, IronSource, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, and others

• Collaborate with the creative team on ad hypotheses, formats, messaging, and form factors

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns

• Continuously A/B test creatives, targeting, and landing pages

• Optimize all stages of the funnel — from CPM to ROAS

• Test new channels, formats, and automation solutions

• Handle analytics and reporting

• Work with MMPs to track attribution

• Build reports and dashboards

• Analyze UA performance and provide actionable recommendations

• Collaborate closely with producers, analysts, and developers

• Maintain external networking to stay updated on market trends

• Contribute to shaping the company’s overall product strategy

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a UA Manager in the gaming industry

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Tableau

• Solid understanding of performance metrics such as CPI, CTR, IPM, ROAS, LTV

• Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, read charts, and form hypotheses

• Knowledge of SKAd Network and privacy limitations is a plus
