Senior Unity Developer

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for a Senior Unity Developer for one of our clients, Ukrainian studio, an enthusiastic young, motivated and passionate team who share the goal of making the best online MMO Sandbox on mobile devices.

The company is working on an open-world mobile multiplayer online action game focusing on social interaction. They strive to create the best open-world gaming experience inspired by the GTA series.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Be involved in the process of creating technical design and technical architecture of the game and single features.

• Proactive involvement in ensuring top-notch code quality.

• Design, implement, maintain and optimize game and engine systems in C#.

• Identify risks and opportunities presented during the development and provide solutions to resolve potentially complex problems.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years of game development experience.

• Strong programming skills in C# and Unity.

• Proficient in refactoring and optimizing existing systems.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work efficiently with a large, existing code base.

• Knowledge of low-level system architecture.

• Experience of developing unity plugins is big plus.

• Good understanding of multithreading, templates, design patterns and anti-patterns

• Knowledge of software development environments and associated tools (i.e. Visual Studio, JIRA).

• Strong reporting and documentation skills.

• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.

Desired Skills

• Master, Bachelor or equivalent in computer science or engineering (desirable).

• Programming skills in C++ (will be a plus).

• Understanding of graphics pipeline and having worked with Universal Render Pipeline (URP) and Scriptable Render Pipeline (SRP).

• Worked with Unity’s Build pipeline.

• Understanding of Linear Algebra and Geometry.
