Currently, we are in search of a talented Support Manager who will be entrusted to provide exceptional support and enhance the gaming experience for our users.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Handling requests through the ticketing system;
Responding to and moderating reviews on Google Play and App Store;
Collecting feedback: analyzing player reviews and identifying the most common issues to improve the game;
Diagnosing and resolving in-game issues;
Collaboration with the development team: relaying information about critical bugs;
Documentation: maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Relevant work experience of at least 1 year in the IT or gamedev industry;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility;
Knowledge of English – Advanced;
Knowing an additional language will be a plus.
