Support Manager

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in two areas: Hybrid-casual & Casual (Puzzle/Brain Teasers). We have several successful products in both categories with a combined total of over 100 000 000 downloads, and we are currently featured in the top charts in the Games section. Currently, we are in search of a talented Support Manager who will be entrusted to provide exceptional support and enhance the gaming experience for our users.

• Platformy : iOS, Android

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Handling requests through the ticketing system;

• Responding to and moderating reviews on Google Play and App Store;

• Collecting feedback: analyzing player reviews and identifying the most common issues to improve the game;

• Diagnosing and resolving in-game issues;

• Collaboration with the development team: relaying information about critical bugs;

• Documentation: maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Relevant work experience of at least 1 year in the IT or gamedev industry;

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;

• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility;

• Knowledge of English – Advanced;

• Knowing an additional language will be a plus.
