Currently we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, whom we will entrust with bringing amazing professionals on board.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Full-cycle recruitment: from defining the job description to conducting interviews;
Building and maintaining a steady candidate pipeline;
Independent sourcing and collaboration with recruiting agencies;
Active partnership with team leads across departments on hiring needs;
Developing long-term relationships with candidates;
Maintaining the ATS database up to date;
Participation in other HR processes and initiatives.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Relevant work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years in the game development industry;
Deep understanding of search strategies and sourcing tools;
Strong market awareness and knowledge of key industry players;
Ability to communicate effectively with specialists across different domains in their own language;
Skilled at assessing candidates’ soft skills and identifying potential collaboration risks;
Comfortable working with a variety of roles simultaneously;
Excellent communication skills and a great sense of humor :)
