Vizor is looking for a Team Lead to join the Сreative Team.
We are looking for a team leader for our creative team who will take charge of managing the video production team, including artists and motion designers. You will work closely with creative producers to achieve KPIs in the creation and execution of creatives.
We’re seeking an engaged manager capable of balancing the interests of the team and the business, with experience in various aspects of management: people and process management, planning, project, and risk management.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
• Plan the team’s work, prioritize and allocate tasks effectively, monitor the progress of each creative project, and assist the team in overcoming challenges.
• Track task and process statuses, forecast, and manage potential risks.
• Ensure the team delivers tasks within budget and deadlines.
• Establish transparent and efficient processes—both tactical and strategic—considering feedback from stakeholders and the team, identify weak points, and propose solutions for long-term improvements.
• Create, analyze, and maintain various types of reporting to achieve team KPIs.
• Regularly engage with the team: hold 1:1 meetings, provide and receive feedback, and ensure team motivation, morale, and productivity.
• Organize and facilitate retrospectives, process meetings, creative discussions, and any other necessary sessions.
• Create and update guidelines, keep information relevant, and share it effectively within the team.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, including building processes from scratch and adapting to existing ones.
• Basic knowledge of game development and creatives: their types and how they are produced.
• Experience managing budgets.
• A plus: Familiarity with and use of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to build adaptive processes and improve team efficiency.
