Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Gaya Studios on the lookout for a 3D Technical Artist who loves digging into shaders, materials, and real-time rendering - and enjoys being the bridge between artists and engineers.
If you care about clean pipelines, scalable material systems, great visuals, and solid performance, this role might be for you.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
- Improving and optimizing art pipelines and workflows
- Helping artists get the best results from tools and materials
- Building and maintaining master materials and material libraries
- Debugging shader issues, visual glitches, and performance problems
- Profiling and optimizing rendering in-engine
- Exploring new rendering and material techniques
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a 3D Technical Artist in real-time game development
- A solid portfolio with in-engine materials, shaders, tools, and optimizations
- Strong knowledge of PBR workflows
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine and/or Unity
- Ability to explain technical stuff in a way artists actually enjoy 😉
🌟 Nice to have:
- Shader coding (HLSL/GLSL)
- Python or scripting for tools and automation
- Procedural/data-driven workflows
- Git or Perforce experience
- Performance profiling, LODs, texture streaming
