Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Create shaders and materials from scratch as well as improve existing ones

Develop and optimize in-game graphical content, raising overall visual quality
Introduce and support new technical solutions
Profile and optimize performance
Prepare and maintain technical documentation
Develop tools for Unreal Engine (UE) and DCC applications
Conduct research and development (R&D)

Experience & Skills

5+ years as a Technical Artist, preferably on projects that use Unreal Engine
Excellent knowledge of UE4 and UE5
Proven ability to create shaders of varying complexity; HLSL or GLSL experience is a plus
Broad technical skillset and readiness to adapt to diverse tasks
Deep understanding of the full 3D-asset pipeline—from modeling to integration and setup in UE
Experience with version-control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce, SVN)
Solid grasp of rendering principles in Unreal Engine
Proficiency in performance profiling with both UE tools and third-party solutions
Experience building artist tools with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C++)
Basic VFX skills using Niagara
Familiarity with procedural generation workflows in UE5
