Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Manage the User Acquisition team (in-office and remote across various countries), delegate and assign tasks, manage deadlines, and provide resource support to make sure objectives are achieved

• Develop, optimize, and fine-tune business processes to maximize the efficiency of user acquisition with set volumes and KPIs

• Take part in key decisions about UA development

• Develop the UA team, set objectives with the UA Producer, and provide meaningful feedback and motivation for team members

• Share project management experience with other departments and implement best practices in the UA team

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in a similar managerial role

• Experience managing a team of at least five specialists

• Project management and process creation experience

• Ability to plan, prioritize, delegate, and react promptly to requests

• Experience in effective communication

Would be nice:

• A degree in Sciences or Math

• Intermediate English (or higher)

• Familiarity with the core principles of User Acquisition
