Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game development, is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer for a key project of a well-known publisher with multiple top-performing titles on the market.
The role is for an internal team working on a mobile hybrid sandbox UGC product, where players create worlds, mods, and content inside the game. In essence, this is a game-platform with an active community and high engagement: 200M+ installs, 3M+ DAU.
We are looking for a strong UX/UI Designer who will fully redesign interfaces of complex in-game tools: editors, systems, and internal game interfaces. This role is for someone interested in complex systems, editors, and deep UX logic, rather than simple visual UI tasks.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Full redesign of the in-game editor interface (main priority):
UX design for complex interfaces and tools
Creation of a consistent UI system and visual language
Designing user flows and interaction logic
Preparing layouts and specifications in Figma
Supporting implementation with developers
Improving existing UI solutions previously created by programmers and game designers.
Next areas of responsibility:
Redesign of the in-game store
Visual/node-based editor (blocks, connections, complex schemes)
System interfaces and game settings
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
5+ years of UI/UX experience in gamedev (midcore/hardcore games: tanks, racing, etc. with deep settings) or complex digital products.
Strong UX focus (not only visual design)
Advanced Figma skills
Experience designing complex interfaces and tools
Experience working with systems containing many elements and states
Understanding of game UI/UX
Experience collaborating with game designers and developers.
Nice to have experience with:
In-game editors
Sandbox / UGC products
Node-based interfaces (Blueprints, Unity visual scripting, etc.)
Pixel art for UI (icons/fonts/UI elements)
Unity/Unreal interfaces or tools.
