Unity Developer

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development, and is currently seeking an experienced Unity Developer for our client. We hire for a young and ambitious mobile game studio founded by a team of senior professionals with strong expertise in product, marketing, monetization, and game development. The company’s mission is to build commercially successful casual and hybrid-casual games that combine high product quality and data-driven decision-making.

You will be part of a compact, professional team where everyone contributes directly to the product’s success. The studio is fully funded with a long planning horizon, stable budgets, and mature management processes.

As a Unity Developer, you will drive the development of a hybrid-casual puzzle game for mobile platforms. Your main focus will be implementing core gameplay systems, creating responsive UX, integrating SDKs, and collaborating with designers and artists to deliver a polished, scalable product.

This is a full-time remote role with the option to start immediately.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Implement and maintain core game logic in Unity (C#)

• Build responsive and visually appealing UX, animations, and feedback

• Develop systems for procedural level generation

• Integrate third-party SDKs (ads, analytics, in-app purchases)

• Prepare builds for iOS and Android platforms

• Evaluate tasks and features in terms of development effort

• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and producers

• Contribute to improving development tools and workflows

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Must have:

• 3–5+ years of professional experience with Unity and C#

• Released commercial mobile game projects

• Strong understanding of Unity architecture and design patterns (SOLID, MVC, MVVM)

• Experience integrating third-party SDKs

• Familiarity with GitHub, Figma, and CI workflows

• Knowledge of client-server communication principles

• Technical English (reading documentation, written communication)

• Native Russian language

Nice to have:

• Experience with native languages (Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Swift)

• Shader development

• Addressables
