Volmi — A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. Over the past 9 years, we have successfully completed over a thousand different projects and have gained considerable experience in creating 2D and 3D art, as well as developing turnkey games. Since 2022, we have been a part of Virtuos, the world’s leading game developer, and have become the first Virtuos studio in Eastern Europe.

In particular, we have contributed to the development of popular games such as Diablo 2: Resurrected, Metro Exodus, Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, Smite, Paladins, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, and Marvel Snap. Therefore our team creates high-end gaming content and games for various Mobile, PC, Console, and VR projects.

Nad czym pracować?
  • Platformy : PC, Console
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
  • Develop complex gameplay features (abilities, combat, interaction, AI behaviors) in C++ and Blueprint;

  • Create and maintain dynamic UI systems using UMG (HUD, menus, layered interfaces, in-game widgets);

  • Optimize memory, CPU/GPU usage, and loading systems for large-scale worlds and assets;

  • Optimize gameplay and UI performance across PC, console, and mobile platforms;

  • Work with design teams to iterate on gameplay mechanics and user experience flows;

  • Conduct deep profiling and debugging across multiple platforms (PS5, Xbox Series, PC);

  • Refactor legacy code and implement scalable, modular systems following best practices;

  • Debug and resolve issues across gameplay logic, UI state, and platform-specific constraints;

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and documentation.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • 4+ years of professional experience in game development with Unreal Engine (UE4 or UE5);

  • Strong C++ proficiency and deep understanding of Unreal’s core systems (Actors, Components, Framework);

  • Advanced skills with Blueprint scripting and UMG UI development;

  • Solid experience implementing and debugging gameplay systems such as:

  1. Combat or ability mechanics;

  2. Player input and movement;

  3. Game state flow and saving;

  4. Interaction systems or inventory.

  • Experience optimizing code and UI for runtime performance and memory usage;

  • Comfortable with source control (Perforce/Git) and Agile workflows (JIRA, code reviews);

  • Ability to work independently on features with minimal supervision;

  • Good communication skills in English, and ability to work with remote teams.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working on multiplayer or networked UI/gameplay features;

  • Familiarity with GAS (Gameplay Ability System) or AI behavior trees;

  • Exposure to profiling tools like Unreal Insights or memory analyzers;

  • Knowledge of animation systems, camera systems, or input mapping for multiple platforms.
