Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and publishers but also a team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. The games we publish are developed by internal teams and external studios as well as from the publishing program. We work remotely, having offices in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw.

UA Manager's expertise will help us reach our millions of players with innovative digital marketing techniques in the mobile games world. You'll take a key role in handling Ad networks including negotiations and developing an ongoing strategy. Join us and manage a large budget to make a direct impact on the growth of the Vivid Games brand as well as our diverse portfolio of free-to-play games.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
  • Planning and executing user acquisition campaigns with in-app ad networks (Unity Ads, Applovin...), DSPs (Liftoff, etc...) and other non-SRN platforms,

  • Together with the Head of UA, define monthly budgets and target KPIs (installs, ROAS, CPI...) to grow games in our portfolio and support new launches,

  • Prioritize UA channels to allocate budget to, including opening relationships with new networks and onboarding them (including MMP integration),

  • Supporting artists in producing UA creatives following industry best practices, and testing their performance,

  • Collaborating with the game team analysts to define key events and conversion values to implement,

  • Working with our BI to extract all data necessary for optimization and refine our dashboards.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • At least 2 years of experience executing and optimizing mobile marketing campaigns with ad networks (preferred: Unity Ads, Applovin, etc.),

  • Analytical mindset - have the ability to draw insights from data,

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness and ability to “own it”,

  • Fluency in English (the team is English speaking),

  • Mobile games interest and experience will be a bonus,

  • Surprise us with SQL knowledge.
