We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will help ensure our players get a smooth and positive experience — from their first install to their last puzzle solved.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Respond to players’ inquiries via Zendesk and e-mail
Monitor and reply to reviews on the App Store and Google Play
Collect and analyze player feedback to identify common issues and suggestions
Communicate with QA, Product Managers, and Developers to report bugs and improvements
Create and maintain FAQs and other player support documentation
Represent the company’s voice and tone in all communications
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Experience in customer or player support (preferably in mobile apps or games)
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Excellent written communication skills — clear, friendly, and empathetic tone
Knowledge of Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence
Strong attention to detail, patience, and ability to handle repetitive tasks
