Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Product Experiments: Oversee A/B tests, ensure proper sample sizes, develop evaluation functions, and analyze results focusing on key metrics.

• UA Support: Analyze UA campaigns, collaborate with the UA team, and optimize performance through data insights.

• Monetization: Assess strategies, analyze financial impact, and recommend improvements.

• Product Releases: Monitor releases and ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Problem-Solving: Conduct research, identify bottlenecks, find growth points, and test hypotheses.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, particularly in the context of A/B testing.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. 

• Strong knowledge of SQL, experience in working with large datasets.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to investigate and resolve complex analytical problems related to product behavior, user acquisition and monetization.

• Willingness to integrate into existing processes and improve them to achieve desired outcomes. 

Nice to Have:

• Strong understanding of mobile game life-cycles and key performance metrics.

• Experience documenting user event tracking.

• Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery).

• Proficiency in scripting or coding (e.g. Python).

• Experience with BI tools (Tableau).

• Familiarity with attribution systems (Appsflyer, Adjust).

Understanding of product and marketing metrics.
