Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Game Designer for our client, a start-up studio that develops midcore PVP fighting.
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Maintaining the Game Design Document
Brainstorming and writing pitch documentation
Delivering high-quality technical documentation (high-quality meaning understandable for both creative and technical specialists) and interacting with the development team
Ability to create mock-ups in one of the graphic design packages
Participating in sprint planning and other Scrum processes.

Experience in multiplayer projects
Experience in releasing projects and managing them (LiveOps)
Ability to clearly formulate technical requirements and justify/present one's solution
Knowledge of the midcore and casual market and main trends
Formulating ideas and functionality to enhance desired performance indicators
