Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

🎮RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Define a talent search strategy;
* Implement sourcing of candidates in Ukraine and in other countries;
* Participate in the creation of marketing campaigns to promote vacancies;
* Analyze and develop the most effective sources of attracting talent;
* Interview
* Collect and analyze recommendations and assessments of candidates;
* Influence for development of the team and the company, constantly studying the best world practices and increasing the level of our own expertise.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

🎮REQUIREMENTS:
* 1+ year of experience;
* You can build processes for finding and hiring employees;
* You know how modern sourcing differs from waiting for responses exclusively on job portals;
* You can boast of a successful experience in filling interesting vacancies;
* Practice structured interviews / competencies;
* You have well developed critical thinking and you know how to distinguish socially expected responses from real cases;
* You know how to build promising long-term relationships with both customers and candidates;
* You want to really influence business development, propose and test new approaches to work, and not be limited to job descriptions.
* English - Upper-Intermediate
