We are currently looking for a passionate Lead Game Designer/Producer & Cash Balancer to create a new game.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Planning stages of game development, team scaling, quality control;

• Game development process management;

• Development of a game concept, drawing up a game design document, implementation and testing of features, etc.;

• Working with the game economy and game balance;

• Conducting market analytics and gaming metrics;

• Implementation of some mechanics settings and configurations in the Unity engine;

• Collaboration with colleagues (technical and non-technical specialists);

• Maintaining necessary documentation.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• You want to make awesome and popular games;

• You are interested in cash-games, and you have experience in this or a similar area (Card games, chess, solitaire, etc.);

• You are a generalist game designer and willing to work with your hands;

• You have worked with the Unity game engine, and you know it well;

• You understand the economics of the game and know how to work with game balance;

• You have excellent analytical and mathematical skills;

• You have a broad outlook, you follow the trends of the gaming market and you have a lot of personal gaming experience;

• You have work experience in leading roles.

• You speak fluent English.
