Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Consult and handle day-to-day legal matters  relating to business operations of mobile development IT company in Cyprus, Georgia, Belarus (e.g. risk assessment of new ideas, review of contracts, etc.,);

• Consult and handle corporate legal matters in Cyprus (e.g. intellectual property, compliance issues, transactions, resolutions, powers of attorney, etc);

• Applying GDPR procedures according to the relevant Laws and Regulations;

• Interacting with service providers and law firms in Cyprus and abroad on legal and tax issues;

• Conducting legal research and analysis and providing recommendations;

• Maintaining the company's filing and archiving systems.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• A degree in Law. Degree in Data Protection and/or Intellectual Property will be considered as an advantage;

• Experience with Data Protection regulation/GDPR is a plus;

• Excellent knowledge of working English, Russian knowledge is a must;

• Residence in Cyprus is a plus, but relocation is also possible.
