As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of our projects. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver world-class gaming experiences. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery
• Gather actuals and update project forecasts to ensure accurate tracking
• Maintain comprehensive logs for risks, dependencies, and issues
• Monitor and record project costs for effective budget management
• Foster strong communication and collaboration with the Studio Head of Delivery and Operations
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring all achievements are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the gaming or technology sectors
• Outstanding leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• A keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality results
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
• A collaborative approach and a passion for innovation
