Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and execute testing plans for casino products, ensuring usability is optimized along the customer's journey.

• Verify all links within the casino platform, ensuring proper functionality and user navigation.

• Collaborate with international partners, freelancers, and other teams to organize testing, troubleshoot issues, and improve usability.

• Analyze the customer path throughout the casino experience, identifying friction points and providing actionable insights to improve user satisfaction.

• Evaluate the performance of freelancers, ensuring the accuracy and thoroughness of tests, particularly with regard to usability and link functionality.

• Generate detailed reports based on testing outcomes, and propose recommendations to enhance the quality, efficiency, and user experience of casino platforms.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong experience in analyzing test results, including usability assessments, customer journey mapping, and link verification.

• Basic proficiency in English for communication with international teams and working with documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
