SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a talented Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. Your expertise in CRM systems, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes and supporting the growth of our business.
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot).
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue-related platforms.
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Improve and automate processes to streamline the entire revenue cycle.
Implement and maintain tools in the revenue tech stack, including sales engagement and marketing automation platforms.

Experience in a similar position from 3 years
Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Gong, or Chorus is a plus.
Experience in process optimization and workflow automation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
