Senior UA Manager (Google)

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in two areas: Hybrid-casual & Casual (Puzzle/Brain Teasers). We have several successful products in both categories with a combined total of over 80 000 000 downloads, and we are currently featured in the top charts in the Games section. Currently, we are in search of a Senior UA Manager whom we will entrust with the development of our games.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Setting up and launching advertising campaigns in Google Ads (UAC);

• Acquiring traffic from other sources;

• Evaluating the quality of acquired audiences according to KPIs;

• Collaborating with the motion team for the creation and testing of creatives;

• Formulating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing their results.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Google Ads UAC for mobile games with IAA/IAP monetization and budgets of $100k+ per month;

• Advanced knowledge of UAC (auction mechanics, optimizers, campaign scaling, creative testing, etc.);

• Understanding of mobile analytics principles, experience with Firebase and AppsFlyer;

• Knowledge and understanding of mobile metric calculations, including CPA, ARPPU, LTV, ROAS, CVR, Retention, etc;

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills;

• Goal-oriented with responsibility for the results of your work, collaborating within the UA team and with related departments, sharing knowledge and experience;

• Experience with SRN channels and ad video networks and understanding of their auction mechanics will be a plus;

• English level — Intermediate+
