Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Lead User Acquisition Manager for our client who produces engaging high-end casual mobile games. Founded by Peak Games veterans the company has a competitive team of professionals experienced in casual mobile games. The team is polishing final metrics of a new merge game, preparing it for a global launch this winter.
As a Lead User Acquisition Manager, you'll be at the forefront of crafting strategies to bring in new users, boost player involvement, and increase revenue. Your duties will include overseeing and fine-tuning different channels for user acquisition, utilizing analytical tools, and employing data-driven insights to meet the company's growth objectives.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Develop and execute robust user acquisition strategies aimed at attracting high-quality users to mobile IAP game.
Oversee and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Facebook, Google Ads, video networks, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct in-depth performance analyses of UA campaigns, identifying key insights and implementing optimizations to enhance ROI and LTV.
Utilize analytical tools like AppsFlyer to track, measure, and report on essential performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to align UA efforts with overall business goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in user acquisition to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.
Take charge of UA budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring resource efficiency to attain desired outcomes.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, offering guidance and support to nurture their professional development.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Minimum 5 years of experience in user acquisition for mobile gaming, with a strong understanding of in-app purchases and monetization strategies.
Proven track record of managing successful user acquisition campaigns and achieving growth targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in analytical tools and networks such as AppsFlyer.
Experience with video networks and other relevant user acquisition channels.
Desire and ability to perform manual tasks as needed to support UA efforts.
Manage and lead a UA team comprising junior and mid-level UA managers, guiding their strategic efforts and providing direction for optimal performance. Strong leadership skills are necessary to effectively oversee and inspire team members at various career stages.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and player behavior.
High level of English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate Level or Higher, both written and spoken.
